Taco Dinners
Join us for a great "homemade dinner" prepared just for you and your family. Yes, during the months of September, November, February and April we invite all of you to attend our Famous “TACO DINNERS.” These include: Tacos, beans, rice, chips, guacamole, drinks, various toppings and “melting moments” ice cream. And yes, it is all you can eat! The suggested COST is: Adults $10, Seniors $9, Children (10 and under) $5. *Take out is available and all are invited to attend. Please bring your family, friends and neighbors.
Helping Hand's Summer Program Is So Popular, It is Filled For Summer By March of Each Year...
Each summer we provide your elementary age children a safe and fun environment to stay in each day while you are at work.
Yes, Helping Hands invites ALL Elementary Children, entering K-5 grades to sign up for our dynamic program: weekly, monthly or for the whole summer season (2 Weeks Minimum, a deposit of $145 is required to hold their spot.)
Each year we have weekly themes & weekly field trips to help the children learn and also there are home cooked meals by our licensed chef, daily exercise, and daily reading & writing so that the children don't fall behind in what they have already learned in school during the past year.
Also we provide "hands on activities" that keep them involved and active with their peers throughout the summer. All in all it is always a summer packed with fun and lots of activities. Also at the end of the summer the children are guaranteed a "special" year end trip to someplace special to celebrate their great summer together. Each summer we have 25 spots available that tend to fill by April 1st for the summer season of that year. So, remember to call soon to reserve your spot-517-882-8622.

Summer Picnic
Each year to celebrate the ending of the school year and the beginning of the summer season we “throw” a Summer Picnic during the month of June for our surrounding Community, our School Families and our Church Members. THIS USUALLY FALLS ON THE 2ND THURSDAY OF JUNE, FROM 6:00- 8:00 pm. As always, this event has a large inflatable for the kids to play on, great music for all to enjoy and fabulous, homemade summer picnic fix-ins for all to fill up on. And yes, IT IS “FREE” TO ALL!! It is a come as you are event and a GREAT Dinner will be provided for ALL!! *If it rains, we will move this fun event inside.
